During the build phase of the P2P process, the client faced recurring integration and process challenges between SAP and Ivalua. While the SRM module was already live, the next phase required stable PO synchronization, a fully functional document management solution (DAE), and overall improvement in user experience.
The procurement and IT teams needed expert support to design, implement, and stabilize these components, align integration flows, and deliver new functional enhancements while maintaining business continuity.
To reinforce delivery and ensure smooth progress, the client engaged NextGen Procurement Consultants to bring in specialized Ivalua expertise.
