With more than eight years of experience delivering large-scale procurement platforms and over fourteen years in IT, Mateusz has led international implementations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His expertise covers the full project lifecycle — from requirement analysis and custom configuration to integration and deployment. Known for his deep command of Ivalua’s architecture, he has designed optimized workflows, advanced configurations, and performance-driven setups for global clients. Before becoming an independent consultant, Mateusz played a key role at OptiBuy, where he led technical teams, shaped solution design standards, and ensured that quality and reliability remained at the heart of every delivery.
